Copyright policy

How to report infringement, what happens next, and how an uploader can respond.

Reporting a video

Send a notice with the report form. A copyright notice must identify the work, give the link to the video, include your contact details, and carry the two sworn statements and your signature that the form asks for. Notices by email are accepted at emulza78@gmail.com.

We review reports within 48 hours and email you the outcome.

What a takedown does

  1. The video is blocked immediately: the player and the download page stop working.
  2. The uploader is told who filed the notice and what it says.
  3. After 14 days the file is deleted and what the video earned is removed from the uploader's balance.

Counter-notice

An uploader who believes the takedown is a mistake, or who has the right to use the material, can file a counter-notice from the DMCA page of the dashboard during those 14 days. It must include their name, address, phone number, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts. Deletion is put on hold while we review it, and we forward it to the person who filed the notice. Each takedown can be disputed once.

Repeat infringers

Every upheld copyright takedown is a strike. An account with 3 strikes on different videos within 180 days is suspended: it cannot sign in, its videos are not served, and it cannot request payouts. A takedown that is lifted after a counter-notice is not a strike.

False notices

Knowingly filing a false notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages.
